I started Flex and Bust Out because the men around me didn’t need another fitness program—they already workout or go to the gym. But that wasn’t helping them. It wasn’t really what they needed. We’re carrying stress, burnout, fatigue, aging bodies, and a quiet pressure to keep it all together. I’ve lived that. This program is about helping you reconnect—not just with your body, but with your energy, your clarity, and your sense of purpose. This isn’t about six-packs or performance metrics. It’s about feeling good in your body and mind, and building a life program that actually works for you.

Flex and Bust Out is a men’s wellness program that uses movement, conversation, breathwork, and intention to help you feel stronger and more grounded—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Yes, we train—sometimes we box, stretch, run, lift. But it’s not the focus. We also slow down. We reflect. We talk about goals, identity, energy, relationships, stress. This is a space where you can show up as you are, and leave feeling more like the version of yourself you’re working toward.

This is about showing up better—for yourself, your loved ones, your work, and the world around you.

WHAT WE DO

This is a men’s wellness program rooted in movement, mindset, and connection. We meet outdoors—rain or shine—to reconnect with our bodies, calm our minds, and clear the noise. Every session is designed to help you feel more grounded, more capable, and more intentional in how you show up for life.

We’ll track your goals and build a support system that keeps you moving—not just physically, but emotionally and mentally too. This is about progress, not perfection.

Looking for more? I host occasional group sessions—sometimes a hike, a run, a fire pit hang, or just a beer and real talk. This is about community, not competition. We don’t need to go it alone.


HOW IT WORKS

Step 1: Start with a free 30-minute session
We’ll meet outside (or online) and talk through what’s going on—what you’re carrying, what you’re seeking, and how you want to feel in your body and mind.

Step 2: Set your rhythm
Choose a pace that works for your life—weekly, twice a week, or more. Sessions are one hour and include movement, breathwork, reflection, and real conversation.

Step 3: Grow over time
We’ll track your goals—not just physical ones, but how you feel, think, and show up. You’ll notice progress in ways that matter: clarity, energy, confidence, connection.
